How OP Desk ERP collects, uses and protects your information.

When you use our website, we collect only what you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, company name and message when you submit the contact form or request a demo. Our Free Invoice Generator and Free Quotation Maker tools do not require a signup and do not store the invoice or quotation details you enter, they only generate a PDF in your browser session.
If you sign up as an OP Desk ERP customer, the business data you enter into the software (customers, products, invoices, stock, accounts) is stored in your company's own database within our system, for your use.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your data is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Connections to OP Desk ERP are encrypted with HTTPS. Access within the system is role-based, so staff only see what their role requires, and company data is backed up on a regular schedule.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help filter spam submissions. This may involve Cloudflare processing limited technical information (such as your browser and IP address) to verify you're a real visitor, not a bot.
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you at any time by emailing operationdeskerp@gmail.com. If you are an OP Desk ERP customer, your company data belongs to you, contact us to discuss export or deletion requests.
