The terms that apply when you use OP Desk ERP.

OP Desk ERP is a cloud-based subscription software service for manufacturing, inventory, sales, purchasing and accounting management, provided per company (not per individual user).
Subscriptions are billed in advance for a 3, 6 or 12 month term at the rate agreed with our team at the time of purchase, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no setup fee unless agreed separately for a custom deployment. You can move to a different plan at your next renewal by contacting our team, and you may cancel at renewal rather than mid-term.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data your team enters into the system. The business data you enter (customers, products, invoices, stock, accounts) belongs to you. We use role-based access so your staff only see the modules assigned to their role.
We host OP Desk ERP on managed cloud infrastructure with monitored uptime and regular backups, but like any software service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance.
You may cancel your subscription at your next renewal date. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or have unpaid subscription fees, after reasonable notice where practical.
OP Desk ERP is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
